LETTERS – Very proud of Josh Savery

I just want to say, I’m very, very proud of Josh Savery. Josh moved here three years ago with his parents, as a 27 year old.

Josh is considered to be on the Autism Spectrum. He is a person who is very quiet, as his main challenges are with the social aspects of life.

When the pandemic struck, Josh researched very much about that, and found out all the dangers of it. So he did not go outside after that happened. He is though, a person who is very scientific, very gifted, and he is artistic.

Josh is the person who baked Josh’s Bread, which got known in town. And as a matter of fact, there is one senior citizen in town, a man in his nineties, who will not eat any other bread.

And now, after Fiona, I am just astounded.

I read an interview with him, and I saw the interview that he did on television the other night, and I can’t believe this is the same person.

Josh has come out of his shell. To see him do these things, and to answer these questions, and have interviews, I feel it gives courage, and gives hope to other people who are having these same challenges. They may now see Josh doing this, and see how Josh is helping his parents with these interviews, in this tragic time.

Once again, I just wanted to say how very proud I am of him.
