TOWN OF STEPHENVILLE

As another year comes quickly to an end, it is time to extend best wishes for a Merry Christmas and Happy New Year to the residents of Stephenville and all our surrounding municipalities.

Christmas is a special time of the year when we celebrate being with family and friends, reflect on past year and make new memories. It is also a time when we help those who are less fortunate and give them support.

On behalf of Council of the Town of Stephenville, Have a Merry Christmas and Happy Holidays.

Sincerely, Mayor Tom Rose

TOWN OF

STEPHENVILLE CROSSING

Christmas is a joyous time to take a step back from our busy lives and enjoy quality time with our family and friends. It is the one day a year that reminds us we are here for something other than ourselves.

This Christmas we hope that you can kindle the fire of hospitality in your homes (keeping the numbers to 20) and, if you are able to, kindle the flames of charity to those in need of friendship and kindness. Our council and staff wish you all an abundance of blessings and joy this Christmas and into the New Year.

All the best to you and yours, Mayor Lisa Lucas, Council & Staff

TOWN OF PORT AU PORT EAST

Mayor Jim Cashin, Deputy Mayor Eileen Hann, Councillors and Staff would like to wish all residents of Port au Port East a very Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year. We sincerely hope that 2022 brings a bright and happy future to each and every one of you. Happy holidays and stay safe!

Mayor Jim Cashin

TOWN OF KIPPENS

With Christmas just around the corner your new Council, our Town Staff and myself would like to take this opportunity to wish one and all peace and good will during this festive season.

I would also like to ask residents to please show the Christmas Spirit through random acts of kindness during Christmas and throughout the coming New Year. Let us each take the initiative to do our own part in improving our beautiful town by showing kindness, respect and care for our town, neighbors and friends.

This has been a very challenging few years with the COVID pandemic and we are far from in the clear yet unfortunately. We all need to continue protecting of ourselves and staying safe. Please continue all efforts to follow Public Heath Guidelines.

Let’s get through this tough time stronger and better as a community!

As a new Council we recognize that we have some challenges ahead of us, but let me assure each and every one of you that placed your trust in us, we are all more than ready to get down to business and start doing what we set out to do: restore faith and pride in Kippens and see progress in our beautiful town!

We ask that you please have patience with us as we embark on our new roles, but also feel free to contact us any time. Let’s keep those lines of communication flowing wide open.

May you all take time to truly rest and rejuvenate during this busy Christmas season, enjoy time with family and friends and give thanks for all the blessings in your lives.

We, as a Council, give thanks to all of you for placing your trust in us, and we wish you all the most beautiful Christmas and Happiest New Year ever!

Mayor Mike Comerford & Council
