PORT AUX BASQUES — Provincial Circuit Court was held on Wednesday, May 18 with Judge Lynn Cole presiding.
Francis
Starr Francis pleaded not guilty to two charges of assault with weapon or imitation (CCC 1994 [267-a—]) and one charge of uttering threats to cause death or bodily harm (CCC 1994 [264.1-1-a–]). Francis pleaded guilty to one count of failure to comply with probation order (CCC 1996[733.1-1-b–]) and one charge of unauthorized possession of prohibited weapon or restricted weapon (CCC 1998 [91-2—]).
Judge Cole set a trial date of July 22 at 10:00 a.m. in Port aux Basques.
Fudge
Steven Fudge pleaded guilty to one count of breach of firearms regulations (CCC 1998 [86-2—]).Judge Cole scheduled facts and sentencing for Aug. 17 at 1:00 p.m.
